Toast Pay Gamification

In this undergraduate capstone project, my group of four spent the semester working with the company Toast to study ways in which they may include gamification in their “Toast Pay” QR code payment service at restaurants with their technology installed. Over the course of the project, we conducted research into gamification and user groups, brainstormed, down-selected, prototyped, tested, and eventually pursued several potential options.
